Fall Semester

Rent includes: all taxes, utilities, gas & electricity, water rates, recycling & household waste, cable TV, high speed internet and alarm.

All properties are serviced with linen, towels and laundry facilities.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:

€200 Per Academic (Payable on Move In)

The total semester rent is payable in advance by bank transfer.
All Foreign Exchange, Bank and 3rd Party Charges are payable by the resident.
